Weddings may be a staple at BGCC but it is not all we do. Our gorgeous facilities and qualified staff will ensure your next meeting or function is a success. We have a large boardroom which features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a variety of meeting spaces.

The BGCC Bayview Grand Ballroom

Truly a remarkable room, the BGCC Grand Ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Burlington Bay, dazzling chandeliers, multi-tiered ceilings and easy accessibility to the bar located just outside of the ballroom. A private outdoor terrace with golf course views is perfect for pre and post dinner cocktails. </br></br> This is an optimal venue for wedding receptions, buffets, corporate functions and large-scale bridal/ baby showers. </br></br> <strong>Capacity: 240 guests</strong>

Bayview East

This romantic and inviting room features stunning 12-foot ceilings with large windows that show the picturesque open water vistas. A private terrace offers breathtaking views of the golf course and incredible sunsets. This room can accommodate up to 150 guest's theatre style. </br></br> <strong>Capacity: 120 guests</strong>

Bayview West

With surrounding windows, Bayview West captures BGCC’s natural landscape of the course and views of the skyway bridge. Elegant 12-foot ceiling with brilliant crystal chandeliers add a romantic touch. This space is perfect for smaller functions and corporate meetings. This room can accommodate up to 110 guest's theatre style. </br></br> <strong>Capacity: 72 guests</strong>

The BGCC Conference Room

The most expansive boardroom you will ever see, the BGCC Conference Room is the ideal location to inspire great ideas at your next meeting. Equipped with the latest technology, this room can seat up to 24 guests with banquet chairs, or 18 guests with leather swivel chairs. From your ceremony to the reception, BGCC will help you turn your dreams of the perfect wedding into a perfect reality. We have dedicated and professional staff who will work with you every step of the way to ensure that each detail reflects your wishes for your special day. A very important feature of having your wedding at BGCC is that we only have one wedding per day, so you are our total focus.

Conveniently located just steps away from your reception room, the bridal/ wedding suite (our large boardroom) is exclusively yours throughout the day. The suite provides a gracious space where the bride can dress, refresh, or simply share private moments with friends and family.

Our staff go above and beyond to make your wedding a success. We have a dedicated Event/ Catering Coordinator who will oversee every single aspect of your wedding. Our team is available Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. to help you plan your ceremony, menu selection and answer any question that you have. After the vows, our culinary team is ready to shine. Passion, creativity, expertise and flavour are at the core of our menus. Our food is made in house and our menu is expertly crafted by Chef Michael Bruno, our highly trained chef. We have created a range of offerings to help satisfy all your guests.

Many areas on our exquisite grounds are available for photography on your wedding day. In general, you may access any area that is not a member-designed area. As golf will be in full swing, weddings may not access the golf course for photos, for in this area you would be in harms way. Our team will be happy to go over these areas with you. We can accommodate 200 guests with a dance floor, but we can also host up to 240 guests without the set-up and use of a dance floor.

The ceremony is held outside the Grand Bayview Ballroom near the 17th hole. It is a picturesque location that overlooks the Burlington Bay and skyway bridge.

The reception can be held in the Grand Bayview Ballroom. It features floor to ceiling windows, views of the waterfront and golf course and can hold up to 200 people with a dance floor. For more intimate events, the Grand Bayview Ballroom can be split into two rooms to form Bayview East and Bayview West.

  1. The Club has a dress code that must be adhered to by all who are coming to the Club.The host is responsible for the attire of their guests.
  2. Use of cellular phones is permitted only in the Banquet Areas.
  3. A final guaranteed number of persons is required 72 hours prior to the event.You will be billed the guaranteed number or the actual attendance, whichever is higher.The seating plan must be finalized five (5) days in advance of the function.
  4. All functions require a non-refundable deposit. Weddings require a non-refundable deposit of $2,000. All functions require full payment based on an estimated invoice and this invoice is payable 15 days prior to the event.The balance of your invoice is payable upon receipt.
  5. Products and equipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Arrival and departure times must be arranged through the catering office.The Club is not responsible for lost or damaged articles.The Club will accept pre-arranged deliveries of products and display items only when sufficient space is available.
  6. Food and beverages may only be purchased through the Club.Burlington Golf and Country Club reserves the right to control all events.
  7. Beverages will be served in strict compliance with the requirements of the Liquor Control Act of Ontario, the Smart Serve program. Alcohol not purchased through the Club cannot be brought into any function from outside sources, which includes all donated liquor.
  8. All bar services will close at 1:00 a.m. All alcohol products will be removed from tables at 1:30 a.m.No exceptions.
  9. A cake cutting fee will apply if the host requires the kitchen to cut and plate.
  10. Prices quoted are guaranteed for 60 days only and subject to change thereafter. All prices are subject to HST, and 15% Service Charge.
  11. Times and types of entertainment are governed by standard regulations.Club approval is required for any and all entertainment planned for your function. A SOCAN and Re:Sound charge will apply when entertainment (music) is booked.
  12. All decorations and staging used must conform to local fire regulations.  
  13. A selection of audio visual equipment is available for hire in-house.
  14. Wedding parties are not permitted to take photos in private member areas of the golf club.Any wedding taking photos in these restricted areas including on the golf course will be required to forfeit their $2,000 deposit.
  15. Guests are permitted to circulate in the area of the rooms booked and are only permitted in the Member’s Lounge, Member’s Dining Room or in the Member’s Patio when accompanied by a member. Wedding photos may only be taken in designated locations on the grounds and photos taken beside the golf course will require a staff member in attendance.
  16. The smoking or consumption of cannabis in any form by members,visitors or their guests is prohibited on ALL BGCC property. The Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) as agent for the Board of Directors may permit a member or his or her guest to use cannabis for medical purposes in a specially designated area of the club if the member or guest provides to the COO a medical certificate from his or her treating physician verifying the need for the use of medical cannabis. However, the request and medical certificate must be presented to the COO 24 hours in advance of any such use on BGCC property so as to facilitate an individual accommodation plan, if appropriate. The COO, in consultation with the club’s lawyers, may develop and post guidelines in order to implement this policy.
