Mission, Vision, Values

BGCC is a community comprised of both members and staff.  We are caring, compassionate and friendly with a shared desire to support and encourage one another.  We enjoy being together and are united in the pride of belonging to and serving our Club.  To ensure that our tradition of excellence continues, we have adopted the following statements of Core Values, Vision and Mission.

Mission Statement

The goal of the Burlington Golf and Country Club is to be the finest golf, curling and social club in Ontario. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our members by providing an exceptional golf, curling and social experience that fosters friendship and fellowship within a safe and secure private setting in a fiscally responsible manner.

Vision Statement

Burlington Golf and Country Club strives to provide a high-quality Club experience for all our members and guests. This is achieved by creating a friendly environment, embracing feedback from our members, keeping our facilities and offerings relevant and fresh, caring for our staff and being a good neighbour for our community.
